Ellie Carter: a fourth-generation farmer with a keen eye for business opportunities and a deep passion for diversifying the family farm. Beth Carter: a fourth-generation farmer, is the heart and soul of the family's agricultural legacy. Her natural connection with animals and expertise in livestock management make her an essential contributor to the success and growth of the family's farming enterprise, particularly in sheep dairy farming. A graduate of Sparsholt Agricultural college with a Merit, Beth is deeply committed to sustainable farming practices. She believes that a healthy environment and content animals are essential for producing top-quality products.
